Appointments By Surgeon

Summarises total number of appointments made on the specified dates per Surgeon. This report outputs the data separating by Work Site.

Date Criteria: Based on appointment date.

Note:  Date, Work Location, Client Location and Client Category filters are applicable in this report.

Average Treatment Time

Shows average time taken from arrival of appointment to completion (save) of treatment.

 Date Criteria: Based on appointment date.

Average Waiting Time 

Shows average waiting time from arrival of appointment  to surgeon first opening the treatment history screen.

Date Criteria: Based on appointment date.

Day List Arrived and Treated Times

Lists all patients arrived time and treated time including how long animal was waiting before treatment.

Date Criteria: Based on appointment date.

Includes: Appointments set to 'Cancelled' or 'Failed to Show'.

Excludes: Deleted appointments.

Follow Up Appointments

Shows the percentage of Follow Up Appointments requested and booked by Surgeons.

Date: Based on appointment date

HCP Follow Up Appointments

Shows the number of appointments booked using the Follow Up Appointments module by Health Care Plan status.

Date: Based on appointment date

Hospital List Arrived and Discharged Times

 Shows Hospital list arrived, discharged and waiting times for hospital appointments.

Date: Appointment Date

 Missed Appointments

 List any appointments which have been marked as 'Failed to Show' or 'Cancelled'.

Date Criteria: Based on appointment date.

Excludes: Deleted appointments.

Successful Follow Up Appointments

Lists the number of appointments booked using the Follow Up Appointment module by Surgeon that were Set as Arrived or Set as Treated.

Date Criteria: Appointment Date

Turnover of Follow up Appointments

Lists the turnover for appointments booked using the Follow up Appointments module.
